I tried to renew my insurance for a month ,I called many phones numbers. I was told via email to update with the site they sent, didn't work, app didn't work , phone numbers didn't work, I called everyday for a month trying to renew my insurance. So I went to another company . And now they text me saying to renew my insurance which the site doesn't work. Thank you moving on.

Really bad app sincerely I can't deal with I make tons of calls and let me in hol for 47 minutes I try to check a claim but I can't for real the customer service is the most bad service I seen in a while When finally connected the call the hang up yo me happened 3 times When finally I spoke with a representative He don't gave me any extension for the adjusted is suck period Visit the web how if don't work

Well first off I got charged twice for a monthly payment then they told me I was lieing about it and refused to look into it so I found a better insurance company and canceled uaic a week after making the payment they kept the full payment and sent me a bill on top of it. The worst thing is that if you need them in the middle of the night or even say 8 pm on a week day you get the automated system they don't care about the driver they only care about the drivers wallet. USE AT OWN RISK
