I have subscribed to a 1TB 5G internet line on STC and my signal is the worst since the last 2 months. I have only one bar or 2 bar signal and this is absolutely not acceptable. I had even called STC customer service for assistance and they couldn't do anything. I think we will all have to change to Zain if this continues.

I can't login for more than a month, i can login my account on the website with no issues but login always unsuccessful on the app. Update: now application is working fine but still needs more improvements compared to other mobile service providers in Kuwait.
