Terrible experience. Poor customer support - no English support chat (call only? What about deaf or muted people?), getting only template responses like "please, try to reinstall the application". Unable to switch from basic to full profile, getting errors during validation, though all the data requested is valid and was provided by the support representative.

Keeps crashing. After attempting to top up over 15 times, I keep getting the same message over and over of "Unable to retrieve data" I used 2 different cards incase it was a card error but the message was the same. Developers are unable to help using their automated replies as the only language spoken in the app's help chat is Polish and I don't speak Polish.

the app is fine, but don't use any providers that are local to Europe, they legitimately can't handle the slightest bit of rain. Use Google Fi or Starlink instead, at least those will give you a stable and reliable connection.
