absolute worst app anymore. never use to have any problems, but for the last couple of weeks everytime I go on games keep freezing and eventually kicks me off the site entirely. when that happens I cant get back on for a few hours. it always seems to happen just as I collect my bonus or make a deposit. tried customer service and was told to do a bunch of things that I already did. then I was told to send email with the problem. this use to be my favorite site. I guess it won't be anymore.

The system glitched and double-booked a bet for me but didn't show till after I logged out and backed in. I made multiple bets with the glitch not showing up. When I logged back in I saw it and asked for a simple solution only to be denied because they have a 5-15 minute window to report cases like this. even if they show up after that window they won't respect it.

NOT GOOD When I started the app functioned perfectly. Wins and losses well balanced, game play was good overall. Now, it wants to log you out due to inactivity, logs you out even while playing, in a bonus, anytime it wants. It's become unplayable and downright annoying. I've cashed out and won't be coming back until they fix the bugs and even then, they better offer me something to bring me back. Avoid the issue and don't bother downloading. I've had it. I have uninstalled the app. Unplayable!
