Ratings and reviews

The app has been "conveniently" losing my rewards, or changing them. For example, I won ten free spins on a game which then became five when I went to collect them. Bonuses dissappear when the game loads. If I claim a bonus then try to claim another, ooops, the app won't work for 15 minutes. I've brought this up to CS and "nothing can be done" & "it's my phone" and the problems are still there despite reinstalling a few times. Pretty sure these are intentional glitches. Uninstalling.

it use to be a top app in my opinion now its become absolute garbage. Freezes all the time, if you get it to work properly as soon as you start winning it either freezes or says can not verify your location. Have complained and always get told it a problem on my end not theirs. Never use to have any issues and now all of a sudden its always on my end. Don't waste your time or money

This app use to work well, but now it has become frustrating and basically unusable. The casino portion just doesnt work 80% of the time. the sportsbook wont allow you (50% of the time) to access the promotion that you are trying to access. The promo will conveniently reappear once you've made a bet. It's sad how bad this has gotten over the last few months.
