It is a great app, works just as stated. The sign-up/approval process was quick and easy. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the repayment process takes forever. They take your payment, but it takes several days for the app to show those payments, it's a bit frustrating. Over all, a great app.

At first, seemed simple and easy to use. i was approved for a loan, signed all documents but afterwards is where it got shady. All of a sudden they have problems sending the money to my debit card or ACH, instantly got another email saying it couldnt send me the money and to please reach out. I have sent several requests for assistance with no reply. I have also sent a request to cancel but nothing. Possible still shows though to take money out of my account for money never received. Dont use!

Downloaded the app yesterday, and was easy to use. Saw their ad and after some home repair thought a couple hundred for some cushion would be nice. I applied and less than 30 minutes later it told me I was denied due to lack of banking history with the account. I have almost 3 years of weekly direct deposits in this account several times more than what I asked for. Tbh not sure what they are looking for.
