I have been using the app now for a year. I have found that you are limited on what you can control on your camera. My camera will only take pictures and send them to the app, even though I have all settings on the camera and the app set to video. There is not a desktop version. There needs to be a desktop version so that changes and pictures can viewed from the desktop as well. There is so much more room to grow, and yet Browning is still behind the times.

Hi Edward! An agent will give you a call today as we have reviewed your account and you can request the video file from the camera via the 'Request Video' button when viewing the thumbnail so someone will walk you through that. Also, we do have a web (desktop) version of the app that can be accessed by going to strikeforcewireless.com!

Terrible app, cameras are okay (range isn't quite as good as advertised). App constantly turns off push notifications (4-5 times a day, every day). It's been a ongoing issue for a year, I emailed customer service and was told they knew and are working on it. Hopefully they figure it out soon as it's very annoying.- edit for update: Browning contacted me and worked on issues for a few days, seems to be resolved.

We hate to hear what you have experienced, and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. While we did experience issues with notifications last year that has all been resolved. We will reach out to you today to get more details so we can look into this!

Was a great app and cameras last year in 2021. This year has not been good at all. I am running 3 of these cams with them set to sync pics 8 times a day. I am lucky if they sync twice throught the day. I am a little irked to have invested in this system at this point. If you asked me last year I would have had nothing but good things to say. Now, i would not recommend this system anyone.
