Ratings and reviews

I was happy with the service from LendingClub. But lately the app has been non-functional. It opens to the title page and stays there or goes blank/white. I can't access it. If I didn't know what was on deposit from memory, other bank records, & the ATM, I'd be operating blind. If you are an eBank, then you need to make sure your website & app actually work.

Have you heard the joke about the bank that can't take deposits? Me neither, until using this bank. For deposits, it allows me to take the photos and submit the details, then it just says "Server error" and phone customer service is not helpful. Then, my debit card and the mobile app didn't work at all while traveling internationally. It's as if this bank doesn't care about providing a reliable service.

The loan process went smoothly and their rates are lower compared to some of the more predatory lenders out there! Now... they keep telling me to apply for their lousy checking account for a 2% discount and when I do apply - they decline. So they will loan me $10,000 but they won't let me open up a checking account. Stop advertising it so aggressively on your app then! UPDATE The website & app are terrible. Wont let me add a external bank account for payments. Lol.
