The most recent update has actually made things harder to use. Can not see address in work orders without entering edit mode, only see first few characters. Priority doesn't show up unless you open description. It went from easy to use to adding more steps to take care of work orders. Is it possible to add option to revert back to the way it was. We lost hours of work the first day the update came out. Coworkers with Apple have the same issues.

This new feature prevents excessive scrolling and provides even more details about your workorder than before. Most times you can't even login cause as soon as you open the app it goes to Your login rate is too high. Seems like the app is auto refreshing login page and can't even try to enter anything. Tried closing it, reinstalling, clearing all app data with no luck!

As of early December 2023 the app gets into a login attempt loop and locks my account. I can still use the web based portal but the app is useless. Beyond the app not working the whole app universe for rentec is confusing and barely functional - I recommend sticking to the web portal for any of your accounts.
