app sucks. tried my three different emails and they all were said to be used already even though I have never tried booky before. if someone else used my emails then you should had been sending confirmation link thru email to avoid unauthorized use. finally I saw that I'm signed in but I can't even activate the 7 day free trial (qr code). I don't know if it is a crashing/ lagging issue. all I can say is app ain't user friendly and inconvenient. if it will improve then I will rate it higher.

Again, the concept is great. I've availed of a few offers using the Booky app. However, I wish they wouldn't claim it works offline if it doesn't. I spent an embarrassingly long amount of the time holding up a queue because the app wouldn't send me a verification SMS despite several attempts. In the end, I never got any verification code.

Hi Aviva! We're very sorry about this. To fix this bug, could you try updating the app? If that still doesn't work, deleting the app and then reinstalling should work :)

The application is actually great but we're finding it hard to navigate thru it. Internet connection have been checked, phone have been restarted, clear cache and data but it's still the same. I work for a food delivery service also that's why I understand that there can be mishaps. I hope you'd consider every review here and work on it. We're just sometimes hangry (hungry & angry) lol. But all in all, I like this since I have variety of restaurants and locations we can choose from. Thumbs up for this 👍
