When it works, it is great. Trying to provide feedback, and it keeps freezing. When typing up comments, I type a sentence, but only one word shows up and it stops working and freezes. Other times, while out on a showing, I try to schedule a showing, but the app just keeps "thinking" as if it it loading, but nothing happens. I wind up logging into the MLS to schedule instead, which defeats the purpose of this app. The few times it works, it is great, but lately that is maybe 1/10 times.

As a seller, this app is pretty useless beyond keeping track of showings. When showings are scheduled, there's no way to tell if and when the showing actually occurs and ends, so I have to take my small child with me whenever showings are scheduled. This app should automatically sync with the lockbox so sellers know when it's accessed and by whom.

It seems like ever since the update the app stopped working. It just stays stuck in the blue screen. Tried reinstalling and reaching out to technical support and they said it's system wide but my business partner can use his. If it's system wide why wasn't an email or notification sent out to all accounts? The issue has still not been resolved and I still can not book showings for all of my clients.
