Normally I'm not one to rate an app so quickly, but I tried this app right after a full-body workout tonight. As per my usual, I had a weird headache/nausea mix after the workout, but by the time I finished this app's workout, it was all gone. Maybe it's a fluke, but nothing I've done has ever made it disapate so fast and completely so whatever the correlation is, I'll take it. Aside from that, this seems like a streamlined, clear app.

Pros: I could feel my (left) eye discharging tension as I did the exercises. I didn't realize how much stress my left eye had been holding. Definitely a very helpful app. Cons: I would like to see a note at the end of the exercise encouraging the continuation of the exercises by expanding the range of motion. I. E., repeat the exercises using the corners of a book or room, and not just the corners of the phone.

This app receives updates so the developers are serious about providing an evolving product. The interface is much better now although it has become a little cluttered. Leaving the settings icons on screen down the left side during some of the exercises is distracting especially given the "eye" you track passes underneath them. Also having a count down of the repetitions display during an exercise is distracting and draws my eyes away from the tracking object which defeats the purpose.
