Ratings and reviews

I absolutely love Simple Practice. It is easy to use and has lots of tools to my disposal. The only reason it isn't getting a 5 is it would be very helpful if I could access saved and uploaded filed in the same way thst I can do that with the desktop version. Change that and it is a solid 5 stars!------Update. They did, I did. I just changed my rating from a 4 to a 5. we'll done

Overall it's been improving. i like the note taker, but I wish it were available after sessions as well to dictate notes. Also adding documents and building them takes some time. it would be nice to be able to upload a document and select text areas for input on the doc rather than rebuilding each section plus copy and paste. The platform is not accessibility friendly. my clients who are deaf/hard of hearing fo not have an option for captions and we need to use a different platform.

Overall great, but it'd be nice to be able to review treatment plans from the app. Also, it takes way too long to sync each time it first gets opened. It's fine after, but it takes such a long time that sometimes I opt to not use it. I had to change this to one star because the sync time has gotten so bad the app is unusable. I can't wait forever waiting for it to sync to use it, especially when it's checking a note or something quick.
