Ratings and reviews

The app is pretty good to check my schedule quickly and occasionally schedule an appointment, but anything else checking billing, insurance, and notes is REALLY challenging. Every since the last upgrade, every time I open the app, I have to wait, wait, and wait for it to synch, which is beyond frustrating. So it's okay, 3 stars, but not great.

I absolutely love Simple Practice. It is easy to use and has lots of tools to my disposal. The only reason it isn't getting a 5 is it would be very helpful if I could access saved and uploaded filed in the same way thst I can do that with the desktop version. Change that and it is a solid 5 stars!

When it works, it's great. But it doesn't work very often. I have issues where certain sessions won't show on the app so it leaves gaps in my schedule, but if I open my browser there are no gaps. Lately I have also had the issue of the bottom tab never loading so I cannot access my client list or send SP messages on the app. For about a week it has also been struggling to load anything at all. The app opens and my entire schedule is blank, whether it's set to day, month, or schedule view.
