Every time I have to use the app on my phone, I have some kind of audio issue. Today, the app would not allow me to use a Bluetooth audio device and did not even show any audio device in the settings, so the only option was to blast the sound through the phone speakers. It is ridiculous. A medical app should support PRIVACY above almost everything else.

It works fine if you're IN the app, but don't try to multitask, like look at your calendar or prescriptions, it will not run in the background. Trying to jump back to the app can cause a nonstop "loading" message, and I have to completely kill the app and click my link again, taking up time during my appointment. (Pixel on Android 16 QPR1)

Convenient and simple app as a client. My doctor sends a link that opens into my appointment. The first use requires a quick setup, but then it's just entering my name to join the "waiting room". My Dr joins when ready, which activates audio/video. I like that it also shows me what my Dr sees. If my signal is good, the calls are clear. Two minor annoyances: I use it weekly and it requires an update almost every use, which seems like poor planning. If you open anything else, it disconnects you.
