Ratings and reviews

Worked fine fir years until last week. Now app keeps buffering, then says" system is not responding. Try again later". Has been a week since this started when I moved. Hard reboots, uninstalling & reinstalling app not working. Spend 45 minutes between on hold & consult with tech support. Recommendatioins did not resolve issue.

Mountain America's app has become incredibly frustrating. Transfers are slow, and it often glitches, forcing me to restart. The new October 2024 "verify by text" feature is unreliable, making the process even worse. While I appreciate security, once I've logged in with my fingerprint, I should be able to use my account smoothly. Their app and services are declining, and I'm seriously considering switching banks because of the ongoing issues.

Super insecure Android app, I would not bank with them until they fix huge issues. 1. You can take screenshots of the app 2. When viewing the app in recent apps it's not blacked out 3. You can switch away or to another app and it does not require you to log back in (fingerprint or anything). If I let someone use my phone and just had the app open they could just switch back to the app and have full access, crazy that this possible. Also,their business checking is awful go with First Utah Bank
