Pros: - Connects reliably (connection errors are rare although do happen very occasionally). - Provides access to websites and online resources that are state-censored. - Allows access to UK services such as Netflix and the BBC iPlayer when not in the UK. Streaming speeds are solid. Cons: - Dreadful download speeds. Unusable if trying to receive a large file - General browsing speed is a little slow.

Temperamental app. if the Internet connection drops while the VPN is active, the app oftem needs stopping in the Apps section in Android settings, or it won't reconnect. This problem didn't exist on older versions, so I reckon the bug could be fixed I'd developers tried. I've also seen the app completely prevent access to the Internet until you stop the app. This happens rarely, but it's another random querk to deal with.

There is a bug in this app. If using SonicWALL's SSL-VPN to connect to a small office network that does not have internal DNS, you must use WAN DNS addresses (such as 9.9.9.9, etc). However, when connected, the SSLVPN client in split tunnel mode, you cannot reach the WAN DNS addresses, which means when you're on the VPN, you get no internet. The problem specifically occurs on Mobile Connect for Android, not iOS or Windows. The only current workarounds are 1) Use tunnel all mode, which severely limits performance, or 2) Set up an internal DNS server, which is not always practical.
