Why is this account still open? I've asked to have this account be closed almost a month ago. I wake up this morning to a statement monthly statement indicating that this profile is still up. My sensitive info is still on this platform without my permission now, someone needs to correct this ASAP. I am very upset, the app is no help

This app should be reported to the BBB. It has been 6 months since I signed up and my account still isn't open. I even deleted the app off my phone months ago and just recently reinstalled it. And my account still hasn't been opened.

Can't transfer funds to my account and not getting a response from support. Every month they are able to still withdraw their mgmt fee somehow though.
