Ratings and reviews

The app at first was ok but navigating is annoying; you have to remember what you were looking at specifically because when you for instance click on a category then that item you get a list of them without a proper sorting option then you have to shuffle through the prices to see what you want. It's a different experience than in the official website.

Swappa is getting close to being Craiglist. I have been using swappa for years. It's a fine service when things go according to plan. But when the package is lost, or there is scam involved, then swappa is just horrible to even trying to solve the issue. When a package is lost, it should be a time frame to get your money back. Not waiting for a postal investigation. If somebody is bad, he or she should be banned from the platform.

I tried to purchase a phone from the website, it told me to put in my card and personal info, so I did. When I hit the submit payment button, however, the page just seemed to refresh. I was not given any sort of confirmation OR failed attempt prompt saying a transaction was either successful or declined. But my bank account says that the money for said purchase was taken from my account and the charge was still pending. This was 4 days ago now, I still don't have a phone bc my money is tied up.
