They call once and ask the terms and your info, waiting for 14 days, i always send a message to follow up and still said on the process eventually they reject with no reasons, i ask them why they reject they said im not answering the call in fact i answered the call and they just choose only to whom they will apply the loan ..

dashboard can be translated from English to Arabic and vise versa. support tab is fixed to Arabic only. add English translation as well. my application is approved but not progressing and stock on contract encoding for days.

I purchased a used vehicle from this company with 3 years plan. I settle down my contract after 2 years & 2 months. My car Registration was expired and these people knows but they never renew it. While I request to transfer, they take the renewal amount + traffic fine imposed due to expired registration. They are the worst company. My advice " Never deal with them ".
