Very bad and always not working and always saying unable to find this user 😡😡

not working almost everytime now .. before it was good ..hope you fix this ASAP.

It's not working at all. When installed give error and not even opening now. Before this app was working than last few days start giving error. I reinstall it and now it's not at all opening. I am frustrated as being a health practitioner I need it on my mobile everytime. But it's not at all working now, not opening always showing error sign. Kindly fix it soon.
