The app is good to use. But recently I am experiencing some issue with beneficiary transfer like when I try to transfer money to my Nagad, it says no records found. Then I need to delete the beneficiary and add it again. Even this is not working properly today. Everytime I'm trying to add my mobile wallet it is showing "No records found" again and again. To much irritating for an emergency situation. Please resolve this. Thanks.

Update: September 27,2022 So many bugs!! After the last update the user experience went from ok to horrible!! reduced the font size, wasted so much space, bug in remark, takes more click to transfer to a beneficiary, made summary confusing and more. I think the developers don't use this app. They are just happy to play around messing things up. Updated on April 6,2022 The App crashed, can't open. Android is showing message that the app has a bug and crashing. Very disappointed.

The new update has some issues. For example, after making a transaction, I used to take a screenshot and send it to the receiver, but now the receipt page has too much spaces and all the information is spread out. It was much better before, with all the information in one screen. Also the receipt page shows the account number, not the beneficiary name. This is another issue. The same goes for the fund transfer email. No beneficiary name is shown, which makes it difficult to search for it.
