Has raised my rates 22% each of the last three years. Added my daughter to the policy and the rate tripled. Had accident that was not my fault, but other agents told me that they were showing me as at fault. Canceled the policy one month early and they tell me that I still owe them $137.24. Not the best rates anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. Shop around. There are cheaper rates.

Inaccurate and Doesn't Do Much. Any actual interaction sends you to the website. This app also must be pulling the limited information from a different database, as the information is not accurate nor in sync with your current policy information.

The Hartford cut my insurance in half. And this was including collision coverage. Also, the don't increase your premium if someone in your home gets their license. The is great if you have teenagers (who are the worst).
