A literal nightmare. Worst decision made to buy Microsoft 365 Basic. It totally messed up my Outlook, froze my photos after downloading them so I can no longer save photos, Chat service is useless in helping fix what was messed up. At a loss of what to do...constant reminds and deadline to fix but it only wants me to buy more stuff. Never again!

seems to be a fraudulent entity!! I'd be super cautious of downloading this.. I discovered I was being charged 9.99$ for "more cloud storage"!! I don't recall ever downloading this app, much less given them permission to set up auto pay of 9.99$ per month from my account!! can't open the app because it's not an option!! the only options are to uninstall and enable.. I'm hesitant to even do, but given the fact there doesn't seem to be another way to access it..by the sounds of it they're fake

l have tried to update my account for the past few weeks and Total Drive says that they can't get My Credit Card ending in 1333 to be except with my Card Company , l called the Card Company and they said there's nothing wrong with my Card !!! So l would like to know why you (Total Drive) are having trouble with My credit card , And I have tried to update with a new credit card number and Total Drive says that they are having trouble with getting the info okay with My new credit card number , I
