As a security bridge between a phone and a kid’s watch, it’s unacceptable for the app to randomly log out silently. My child was forced to leave the safe zone, and I didn’t receive any notification about it. Absolutely not recommendable, both the app and the watch are unreliable. UPDATE: Based on their generic reply, it’s pretty clear that they’re completely unreliable.

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever had on my phone. As of a few days ago I can't log in, can't track my kid, when he goes out, there is no support that I'm aware of, that I can contact about the issue. Terrible, just terrible.

i like the app but one thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't show the data balance and how much you and other people are using as well as show you how much you have left before you have to get a new plan if these features get added the experience would feel better
