This is the best and most beautiful reimbursement product ever created. I used to hate doing reimbursement which led to me not doing it and missing the deadline. so I was actually losing out on money because previous products were so terrible. It's the complete opposite with navan. since it is so easy to do reimbursement, I do it immediately, which means I don't lose money, and I don't have to block off an hour at the end of a trip to do all of my reimbursements

It is difficult, if not impossible to schedule efficient travel on this app. Especially if you need to travel on a mulit-leg trip. Then it gets worse. If anything goes wrong on your trip there is no support. Then it gets even worse when you need to deal with their expense reporting. I have open tickets that they cannot resolve after having contacted them multiple times. A charge was made to my expense card and then reversed. Their system and their customer service bots cannot deal with this.

I hate this app, and market place. Of 6 trips over 5 months, I have been stranded twice at airports. Searching for anything on the app is impossible, filtering works when it wants too. The trip actions portal doesn't notify you if a flight is canceled, the airlines get their 888-number and not yours, so there's no way to get notified. No quick way to talk to an agent, you have to go through "Cati", agents promise to call with updates and don't. I would rather drive 900 mi than trust 'em
