Honestly, Airtel has become one of the most frustrating networks I’ve ever used. The signal drops every few minutes, calls fail constantly, and the socalled 4G/5G speed is slower than 3G half the time. I’m paying big money for data but can barely even load a simple webpage! What’s worse is their customer support they just keep repeating the same lines like robots.🚮📢📢📢

I usually only use this app when I need to recharge. The problem is that sometimes I need to recharge at the last minute, but if there’s a required update, I can’t recharge or update in time. Another issue is that the app only allows adding one credit card, which is very inconvenient. Please fix these problems to make the app more user-friendly.

I’m reviewing both the app and the service provider here. The app often doesn’t work properly,it just gets stuck showing the logo on a white background and never loads, which is really frustrating. internet speed is disappointing. They used to have some really good packages, all those offers are gone. The worst part is the customer service especially when contacting them online. They don’t respond properly, and it honestly feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.
