Ratings and reviews

App won't open most times I try to check it. I just like to check it occasionally, even though I am somewhat friends with my tenants, to just make sure the scheduled payments are still there, or if they decide to report anything through the app, ect. And 9/10 times I click the app, it just sits there with the T on the screen. I also don't think it's an easy to use app. Way too many places to go, can't find certain things I'm looking for but it was the best option I could find for now.

The biggest downside to this app is the update system. TurboTenant updates through the app, not the Play Store. That wouldn't be an issue if it checked for updates, and updated as soon as you open the app. Instead it seems to prefer to wait until you're almost finished typing a long message to tenant, then decides to push an update, which means losing your entire message and having to re-type it. Other than that, the app works fine for it's intended purposes.

This company is a case study and how to turn a 5-star review (my previous rating) turn into a 2-star review. The primary reason for my previous high review was their customer service. They had prompt chat responses. Then after I upgraded to a higher service level, the responses were even quicker. Now, it's all email. countdown waiting at least a day, maybe much longer. Price still the same...
