I was finally able to update the firmware on my new headset. Connecting to my device is not easy. It just kept saying connecting and then no device found.. It was not because I was doing anything wrong. I literally tried to connect my headset over and over again the same way until it finally connected. Even after pairing I am having issues with getting the app to function. I shouldn't have to close and reopen the app just to get it to function after it is already paired to my phone.

I purchased the Stealth 700 Gen 3 headset for Xbox, which is also said to be compatible with PC. While everything else works well, I'm unable to control the game and chat volumes individually. The headset features a second volume wheel to prioritize game or chat audio, but this function does not work on PC at all. I've been in touch with Turtle Beach tech support for a week, but they haven't provided a solution yet, and my return deadline is in two days, so I guess I’ll be getting back my $218

High Tech Prosthesis
Turtle beach 700 Gen3 I gotta say it runs pretty good. The program works flawlessly and I don't have too many issues. I do recommend downloading updates on WiFi, it just seems to download better. Really good on demand control features from the app and headset. I would recommend an on computer Swarm II feature for more of the PC players, more of a quality of life thing for the PC gamers. Would possibly make updates a lot easier.
