I want to love it. But with the rates fluctuating month to month it's hard to stay at an extended stay. You used to be able to get erase extended throughout your stay but no one seems to have the capability from corporate all the way down to the hotel itself. You literally have to switch extended stay America hotels monthly and search for the rate yourself to get a deal.

When I use the app, it is much easier to get the rate I need and want as opposed to going through a third party like Priceline, who had me locked out of my room for 6 hours recently after checking in. The hotel staff fought to get payment from Priceline until it finally went through. And for that reason, I continue to stay here. The staff is willing to do anything to help out a customer who is doing their best, without a job, to pay her bill.

it was supposed to be the longer you stay the cheaper the rent is, but that's a lie, we have been staying at extended stay for 2 months and the rent keeps getting higher, plus they don't honor senior citizens rates either. our rent from 745 bi- weekly to 826 dollars bi- weekly and we have been staying at extended stay for 2 months, plus I am disable and on a fixed income. I am very disappointed, once we find some where else to stay we will never stay at extended stay again..
