Ratings and reviews

Since the "update" this app is virtually worthless to me. It blocks/delays other apps from performing, if it connects at all! Their customer is responsive, but repetitive deinstalling, and rebooting my phone is not getting it for me. Update 3/21/2025: I frequently must unconnect to get other apps to work. When I reconnect, a few seconds later a message pops up to say I'm disconnected. Dang!

May raise the stars later. I give it a 1 due to purchasing an account and not being able to sign into it until the next day. The support team never got back to me. I just luckily went back & was able to sign in... Weird. Then, I downloaded the app & upon using it for the first time, it didn't know my account info or even that I was an account holder. I had to uninstall the app & re-install it for it to even work. Other than that, it's easy to use once you are actually able to get started.

Closer to a 3.5. Sometimes it just doesn't let internet through, and has to be restarted multiple times, and even after a successful connection it can randomly drop internet. Its not often but annoying when it happens. It might be due to the US likely having a higher load, but it would be nice if they told users that is a possibility, and make a note that could be a cause, and include that variable when selecting "fastest", or let people know when a place has a high load. Trying Canada for now
