Ratings and reviews

There are many filter options; pets or no pets, pool, hot tub, lake view, handicap accessible, etc. to choose from. It shows the property counts changing bottom left as you update filters, but nothing sticks. You can X out of filters (top left) or click on "clear selections" (top right) but there is no Select or Done or Go button to actually save your filter selections. It takes you back to the full list you started from instead.

***Correction: their app doesn't work and it forced us into a reservation we couldn't get out of. when you check to add pets, it does not add the pet fee to your checkout. the price you thought was the final price is not correct and we got an additional $200 charge afterwards. it was a last minute booking so we can't get a full refund and are forced to pay this fee we thought was already included. the owner was understanding but the app still screwed us

I was skeptical of this app already being like air bnb and having problems and hidden fees and I've already had so many issues, and I haven't even checked into my place yet. I booked my place because it showed to be the cheapest option versus hotels. I shouldn't have bothered. Too much of a hassle just to find a place to sleep for the night. Will be sticking with hotels next time.
