Disaster. After more than 2 years with little to no issue, I'm beginning to wonder if this is another company recently purchased by private equity and is being stripped for parts. Deliveries aren't showing up, despite the automated notifications still being sent to me the day before and the day of the delivery, saying to be ready by having my empties placed outside. Support has been completely unresponsive. I will likely be cancelling soon unless something drastic happens to improve things.

it's not great. We dont use it often except to keep track of upcoming deliveries. It's generally okay about notifying when our delivery is on the way. Lately it has been prompting me about updating the app but it can't install said update. Tried everything on my device as far as troubleshooting and concluded it must be an issue with the app update itself.

App WAS great. However, over the last week it would not work and would not update. After multiple attempts, I put in a help thing, but got no response. I uninstalled the app today, and tried reinstalling it again 4 times. Each time it failed, said unable to install. Hopefully the website still works, or I'm going to be making several calls to customer service.
