Ratings and reviews

I like what the app does, and the interface is easy to interact with. The one complaint I have is related to logging in. The app doesn't allow you to paste your credentials into the user ID and password fields. That is extremely annoying. It wouldn't bother me so much if the app supported biometric authentication. Entering complex passwords using a smartphone keyboard is tedious is error prone.

Update: Developer quickly resolved usability issue. while I can't speak for the Ting product since it's still in learning mode, I can say the app has a major flaw the minute you start using it on Android. The Hamburger button "3 horizontal lines" is not accessible given its under the native android status bar. This limits me and there does not appear to be a website to discover what I'm missing but, I definitely don't have the ability to manage my account in any way without using it.

It's pointless, it'll send notification. Great. I go to log in. Nope. I try reset password. Cause just round in circles. Log in isn't good. I user name password wrong. Try again. Just runs you around in circles. There is no one to contact. Offers no help in app. Wait I take that back the only good it does is possible lower my insurance rate. Other than that. Bet thier response sucks too. Can't even put a contact us inside the app. Have to leave it in the response to this. That seems helpful.
