Ratings and reviews

It works, but it's so unorganized. It takes me 3 clicks just to clock in. My paystubs, weeks hours, internal job postings, pretty much anything you'd need at the ready are all buried under menu after menu. The app makes you set up a passcode (which I like) but it expires after 30 days. It also makes you change your password every so often which is extremely annoying. The first and foremost function of this app (for my business purposes) is to clock in and clock out but it makes it take too long.

I swear to God I hate every second of using this app. And it's one of those apps that I have no choice but to use because my employer forces me to use it. I understand you guys probably pride yourselves on security, but it's entirely way too many hoops to jump through just to log into this dumpster fire. I'm tired of resetting pin numbers, tired of resetting passwords. And it's "ALWAYS" at the worst time when a pin or password reset notification pops up. Never fails.

All the settings and ability to see your hours and everything is great. Great UI visually, however often pages won't load at all or return inaccurate information (such as the shift board being empty when there are in fact shifts available). OH and in what world does an app allow you to enter your routing number info into the account number and save for direct deposit, the numbers aren't even the same length and it shouldn't allow you to save that. That caused a huge problem. 3.5 but I'll give 4
