Pathetic service... Do not use this app if you want your parcel to be safe... Use some other service... Tha customer care call doesn't connect, they don't respond to your email .. only you will get an auto generated mail telling you sorry and after that no response. I have been contacting them since 1 week .. kindly don't use their services.

Extremely frustrated with Xpressbees! Since 24th July, my return pickup has been scheduled and canceled daily, forcing me to stay home and miss other commitments. The delivery agent was unprofessional and rude. Repeated delays and lack of communication are unacceptable. I demand prompt action and resolution. Worst service experience ever! Your service has caused me immense inconvenience and wasted my time. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing!

Very Bad service, they are holding product more than 6 days from 50km far only.. There is no customer care to contact properly. hub address not showing in google map.. Very long delay in delivery of product.. Still it is not received...
