This app is still absolutely. There are still extra steps to sort emails into folders (when I long press, and also when I'm in a specific email). Half of the time, when the menu comes up, it doesn't allow me to scroll, so I have to close the menu and try again. I have used Yahoo for a very long time, but I am dangerously close to switching to something else. It seems like Yahoo is actively attempting to make things MORE difficult. Oh and the "sorting" feature is obnoxiously bad.

I hate Hate HATE that I can't always move an email while I'm reading it. it seems like it is an available option 100% of the time if there is an attachment, but super glitchy if there is not one. Sometimes I can, sometimes I have to back out, select the message, them move a single message as a "batch" into the folder. This has been broken since March 2025 (currently 07/2025). Please fix! Some of us actually already have filling systems that your dumb categories are no match for!

There are emails that do not populate in the apps inbox or they are not viewable. I thought it was because of some settings, but there are no settings to adjust. If I log in on my computer or Chrome on my phone it is not an issue. Also, there's constant resorting of emails. I don't mind the ads, but it is difficult to respond to emails when I can't even see them. (05/22/25) after the update, this app is worse. It is so glitchy and slow. It was actually working well before.
