Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be updated immediately. It constantly crashes while looking for a provider, logs you out while in the middle of a search, while logging back in can give you a random error making it impossible to log in again, need to uninstall and re install. This is unacceptable for an app that is crucial to get medical care to be this unusable.

when it works, the app is quite helpful and informative. But lately the app doesn't even get to the sign in screen before it tells me "something went wrong" and they're looking into it. So I am forced to call and talk to someone in a call center in the Philippines just to find a doctor. App needs immediate attention and will get a better rating once they get it together.

The app used to be my absolute favorite. But this year for some reason all my rates have gone up. The amount I pay monthly has gone up. All my co-pays have tripled or quadrupled. And now the app won't even let me sign in, doesn't matter if I use the correct password, doesn't matter if I use biometrics. none of it works. So what is the point? update 9.13 app still won't recognize my login. I
