Ratings and reviews

I JUST formed my LLC with Zen about an hour ago. I agreed to try their built-in banking system and it is still pending. However, regarding this app, it does not work. I installed it, logged-in and they had to text a security code. I put in the code and it says "Your account has been verified" but that's it. There is no way to get past that screen. There's no way to log-in. So, 1-star for the app. As for the rest, we'll see, though these negative reviews are unsettling.

Do it yourself. I figured I'd save some time or hassle by using Zenbusiness. from the moment my LLC was formed I get non stop calls from them trying to sell me more things. I'm talking 10+ a day easily, sometimes 5+ in an hour. It's ruthless and beyond annoying, email me, send an app notification, don't call me every 30 minutes trying to talk about my business or sell me an upgraded package. Also there is no way to add things to your business profile that you did yourself, like the EIN.

absolutely terrible experience with banking. always holding up my money by rejecting my check deposits which puts me days and weeks behind schedule. I would give them 0 stars.
