It is very fruatrating how many features the app doesnt have that the desktop version does. Why cant i edit job addresses or search for a specific job number? I've set up the voice system to be able to call through the app (company ph#) rather than my personal number; but the banner at the top never goes away. Also the dialer is so basic as to be useless. i cant even copy and paste a phone number into it.

You guys really gotta stop changing the UI around. It was fine a few months ago, but slowly things keep changing, fine, I'll make do I guess. Latest update I no longer have a tab showing job location nor a button to navigate and dispatch, it's literally just gone. Literally just got the latest update, all was fine a few days ago during last use. Stop changing things and moving things around! Unbelievably frustrating

This app was written by people who have never been in the field. It needs constant connectivity to function, which is something that you don't have when working in the field. Images fail to upload and there's no way to manually retry the upload (it should be automatic). The app needs to cache data locally so that it can function with limited or no connectivity. The developers may say "it works in my office" but have them try it when they're 8 miles from a cell tower and squatting in the mud.
