I had a listing on zillow renter. I was asked (after 3 rental listings, 2+ years) if I wanted the manager app. Absolutely. So, downloaded! During the transition of app to app, the listing now displays my 1 apartment available as 2 units. When loaded, it asked for updates, then listed the same apartment (as 2 units). I've tried deleting, etc. The problem... we've lowered the rent, changed the listing specs, and now you can't tell unless you click the property because its listed as '2 units'.
We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you, please send the feedback using the app by selecting the Settings - Send feedback. More details would be really helpful(listing address) for us to troubleshoot the issue. We'll ensure to look into it with utmost priority.

Does the basics but UX leaves a lot to be desired. Adding e-signature fields to a PDF on a mobile device is a completely unusable experience. Took a dozen tries before I got it right. If you accidentally hit the back button you need to do it all over again. Did anyone actually test this UX before you deployed it?

It's very frustrating. The new messages after the initial contact are not visible if you just open the app- you have to open the conversation also. It's very easy to miss new inquiries. Watch your email carefully. It does email you also. The notification dot on the app does not always work either, even for new inquiries. It has great potential. I'm looking forward to trying it when it notifies me better.
