previously used no problem, the app has just been updated, and it won't let me sign in to activate my e-sim, which i have just purchased for my holiday. That'll be a waste of money if I can't access it.

This used to be a great app and work well for myself and my family. Since releases in June this stopped and the login failed. Correspondence with the "support team" dried up and clearly this is not going to be fixed - a more recent release did nothing to resolve and clearly are not planning to either leaving me & my family with inaccessible eSIMs. I would not recommend folks using this app as you could well lose your money and you won't get a reply. I've no idea why app this turned bad.

Was my default eSIM source having used them all over Europe. Now simply doesn't log in. Has the company closed down?
