User friendly login is absolutely necessary. It's impossible to understand how to create and login for new users. I had to call and talk to automate and somehow received an sms and only after a link sent via sms was able to re-register and login to my account. Why this process is so difficult? Why this can't be easy to understand especially for foreigners?

There is no support to change IBAN in the app. The app is also in German very hard to use everytime to use translator. Your website is also broken entirely, I cannot check even the contract and no body cares to fix it for months it seems. I checked 6 months ago, same loading window in the website. Thinking to change the provider for this reason.
