They name the home screen shortcut "Retirement." Should just call it TransAmerica! The overview graphs are low quality and just showed a straight line regardless of what dates were chosen. At least until recently. Navigation is confusing and not intuitive. Update 03/07/2025. Several interface updates later and this app is still awful. The graphing is more detailed. But the critical information is still not available. Can't find account numbers or statements.

For a few weeks now, the app is not allowing me to type in my username. No cursor, no keyboard pops up. I've deleted and reinstalled it, but it's still the same situation. What's the point if I have to use the internet⁉️ It would be nice to see a graph indicating performance results for the past month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Like other investments

Has a "remember me" checkbox that doesn't work and you have to enter your credentials every time. Which wouldn't be a huge deal except when you tap the places to enter your username or password they don't respond about 80% of the time. Meaning you have to keep tapping in slightly different areas over and over just to use the app at all. The info available on the app is super limited. If you need help you have to call (email auto replies with just the #) and the hold time is always over 45 min.
