Ratings and reviews

You have to have this to get the points, but it must not be maintained. the schedule donation (get 25 extra points) doesn't let you schedule until the month starts so if your day is the 1st you can't get points because you can't schedule it. also the payment estimates are sometimes inaccurate. the badge for reading articles and asking AI bot questions is not functional. you can't get these badges so don't waste your time. I think the AI is a misnomer, it must really be a FAQ lookup.

very pointless when you can't use it to its full potential. Sometimes you can't even check in at the kiosk after the fact you did the quetionare and have to do it over again. points aren't accurate and can't use them most of the time very glitchy it's a waste of time and do not recommend using it as its not as helpful like they say it is its more trouble than anything you are better off with out it as it results to the same thing when in person

Since KED introduced this app a few months ago, it's been broken at least half the time. I haven't been able to earn rewards points or purchase anything from the store since May 19th. There's never any communication or notices in the app that it's broken or under maintenance or when it will be expected to be back working. Also, the AI features are absolutely useless.
