WGU Mobile is the official Western Governors University mobile application for active students. You can study on-the-go by accessing your courses, receive push notifications for assessments, easily contact faculty, and more.

The new WGU Mobile has been completely redesigned! With the new app, you can:
• Use the app on your phone or tablet in portrait or landscape orientation
• Receive push notifications for updates on your assessments
• View your entire degree plan, including the courses you are enrolled in, those you have completed, and those remaining to complete your degree
• Access all your courses, including being able to view Course Announcements, Tips, and Assessments
• Pick up your course right where you left off in the Student Portal—your course progress is automatically synchronized between the two
• Easily locate contact information for your program mentor, course instructors, and WGU support departments
• Access helpful links to resources like the WGU Library, Student Handbook, and more
• See which mobile apps other students find useful in the App Center

So far, the app is wonderful! I'll update if anything changes! Rant: For many months I couldnt even open the app (while I was waiting to be officially enrolled) because it would start glitching and having a white flash. it made me sick. did my 20th un/reinstall and now its magically working. Just in time because my classes start in 3 days!

The app seems pretty nice so far, but I have 1 issue. While trying to go through the orientation course, the magnify + and - buttons cover the > button to go to the next page. Only the < previous button is able to be tapped. I am using a samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. Also, none of the videos work in the orientation course through this app and get the error message: "We were unable to sign you in because your browser is not accepting cookies."

Update: this app is wonderful. I haven't had a problem with this app in almost two years, actually. What's more, WGU is the Chick Fil-a of universities. They really have their stuff together. I'll be graduating in Just a few months. Thanks for everything! (old review: Something happened. Every time I try to go into a course, I get a note "this course is currently unavailable"... I've uninstalled then reinstalled; no change. Help!)
