Ratings and reviews

please update your app. I prefer using a taxi over bolt etc. but the driver never is where you are. the app says: your taxi has arrived but it is 2 streets away. if you have kids or something to carry you can't go march and look for the taxi which is parked 500m away. there is no communication woth the driver. you can not contact them or leave a message where you are and where to be picked up. after the taxi doesn't move or look for you they just canel the ride or ride without you. shame!

installed app and got a taxi within 10 mins. all other taxis in Valladolid were not available at 6am on a Sunday, but this got us to our destination. Gracias!

Farcical app. Setup an account, requested a taxi which took 20 minutes not to turn up then thank me for the trip and the 9 euros they charged me for nothing. With little or no recourse to ask why they didn't turn up and still charged me
