Ratings and reviews

It is a very bad bank app, here you can not pay your card directly if you do not have a savings account with the bank, which is very strange because in the web version it allows. Payments sometimes take several days to be reflected, there is no chat and everything must be done by telephone branch. If you have an affiliated card and you make a payment on the main card, the payment you made erases the expenses of the affiliated card and frees up credit.

I've presented many issues with the app, when I need to send money is not available, or when I need to pay something is not available.

Lots of room for improvement. UI not intuitive at all. Limits to transactions may take hours, even days before they are enforced. If you must increase your cards spending limits do it well in advance before you need them. Otherwise you may end up like me with a cart for of groceries and not being able to pay at the till.
