Horrible customer service. I have used this app for over a year. Everything was fine until I had an issue with my account. They do not even try to help. Just continue to send the same worded emails back to you. Finally got a phone number to call and when I get in touch with someone. I tell them the issue, and they look my account up and then tell me they can't help me over the phone that I have to email support then just hangs up. If I could give fewer stars, I would. So trashy support service.

I recently used Empower for a cash advance, and I’m honestly impressed with how easy and efficient the process was. The app is incredibly user-friendly—signing up, and linking my bank account took only a few minutes. What really stood out was the speed; I received the funds in my account almost instantly, which was a lifesaver when I needed quick access to cash. The fees were transparent, and I didn’t feel blindsided by any hidden charges. I will definitely keep using this app for future needs.

Even tho I was only accepted for a $10 advance due to my bad credit, Empower was and still is, super effectiant and quick with results and transfers. I would recommend! Especially if you have been let down prior due to bad credit etc. even if it's only a little bit of cash, at least when you pay back ASAP! Higher chance of a higher amount next advance! At least I can eat today with $10 lol better than nothing!
