Major problems with this. The zoned locations are extremely tiny and you can easily be "out of zone" unless you're directly in the downtown hubs. Otherwise, you can't use the service. Also, you can't use "prepaid debit" cards and you can only use major credit cards to use. To HRT, if people had major credit cards, they likely wouldn't need public transit! Overall, a completely useless app in desperate need of improvements. Moto G Stylus 5G 2022.

I wanted light rail and never found it! Spent a half hour trying. All it would allow me to do is put doorstep to doorstep info and give me info about being a driver. HRT was taken to the cleaners by this creators of this app.

Wish it ran later in the night for people working evening shifts needing rides to work. 6am - midnight would be perfect for this. As for the area, I live in this part of Virginia Beach but I find it weird it doesn't go to the airport or atleast a bit further south or east.
